On 20th September 2023, we opened the doors for the first time to our state-of-the-art factory in Muel, Spain. We’d like to take this moment to thank the Muel team for their dedication over the last year, as they’ve been hard at work producing essential hormone treatments, while maintaining the global Besins Healthcare quality standards.
Over the past year, standing at nearly 10,000 m2, the Muel site has gradually increased the production to reach around 1 million women’s health products each month, Its inauguration played a pivotal role in enabling us to meet growing demand for progesterone products across the world.
Looking to the future, our team of 40+ employees is set to grow, as production extensions are underway. These growth plans put us on track to reach capacity of 40 million products per year by 2025.
